The Founders Atlantic Maintenance Corporation was founded in 1991 by Patrick DeSimone and David Goldberg. Atlantic now manages over 30 sites and is the largest supplier of maintenance services to Business Improvement Districts in New York and New Jersey. Patrick DeSimone Prior to founding Atlantic Maintenance, Patrick was a senior Credit Analyst with Bank of Tokyo and before that a financial analyst with SNL Securities. He earned his MBA from St. John's University Graduate School of Business and holds a BS in Finance from St. John's University. An avid boater, scuba diver and motorcyclist, Patrick resides with his wife in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, NY. David Goldberg Before forming Atlantic Maintenance, David spent more than 2 years working as Director of the Graham Avenue Business Improvement District in Brooklyn. Prior to that he was employed by Merrill Lynch. Born and raised in New York, David is a graduate of St. John's University and attended New York University's Wagner School of Public Service. He resides with his wife and two daughters in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
